Personalized 1:1 Sleep Support for Your Baby & Family

Because better sleep doesn’t start with “fixing” your baby.

It starts with understanding them.

Together, we’ll explore your baby’s sleep, routines, development, temperament, and current challenges—so you can cut through the noise, get answers that actually fit your family, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and trust in your instincts.

Perfect for families looking for personalized guidance, reassurance, and practical next steps—without generic sleep advice or one-size-fits-all solutions.

You may be here because:

  • You’re not sure what’s normal for your baby’s age

  • Naps, wake windows, or bedtime feel confusing

  • You want reassurance and guidance before making changes

  • You’re preparing ahead and want realistic expectations

    What makes my approach different?

Not all sleep support looks the same.

    My support is:

    • Relationship-based, attachment-focused, and developmentally respectful
    • Rooted in infant biology and normal sleep development
    • Focused on understanding the baby in front of you
    • Practical, realistic, and adapted to your family’s values and lifestyle
    • Designed to help you cut through the noise and make changes with confidence

My Approach vs Traditional Sleep Training

    My approach

    Traditional Sleep Training

Starts by understanding why sleep feels hard

    Starts by changing sleep behaviors

Looks at development, temperament, feeding, regulation, routines, and family dynamics Focuses mainly on sleep habits and schedules
Goal: Optimized sleep and overall wellbeing—for both baby and caregivers Goal: focused on sleeping through the night
Supports caregivers in continuing to respond to and support their child—while finding ways for everyone to get more rest Aims to reduce or remove the child’s reliance on caregiver support during sleep
Changes happen at your baby’s pace Follows a structured method or timeline
Tailored to your parenting values, lifestyle, and your individual child

    Follows a predefined approach

Focuses on sustainable change, connection, and confidence Prioritizes independent sleep as a primary outcome

My goal is not independence at all costs.

My goal is to help your child sleep as well as they’re developmentally capable of—while helping you stay rested, supported, and confident as the caregiver.

Because needing support is not a sleep problem.
The real question is: How can we meet those needs in a way that supports both your child’s wellbeing and your family’s rest?

Why I don't use sleep training

Because sleep challenges are never about a baby “needing to learn to sleep.”

Night wakings, short naps, bedtime resistance, feeding to sleep, split nights, or frequent reassurance often have deeper layers—development, temperament, regulation, feeding, discomfort, separation, routines, or simply normal infant biology.

My goal isn’t to teach babies to stop signaling.

My goal is to help you understand what those signals mean—so you can respond in ways that support both sleep and connection.

Omg the call was so reassuring thank you so much! When I took a consult with L, I was so tensed w elet chou ala jabarne fout bi hek chi! With you, it was so different really everything you said makes total sense, thank you so much

    Thank YOU for that!
I always remember when you said 'the more you fight it, the harder it wil be on you and her' and I have to say, I didn't fully get it at first because I was tired and overwhelmed. But then I trusted myself and my baby to tell me what she needs and when, many times without questioning what's going on with her, just trying to be present and respond
