Sleep without sleep training
Our services guide you in discovering that YOU are the answer for your child. We want you to be able to recognize these things instinctually, while always preserving attachment and connection.
One-on-One Consult
$75
This is good for you if you need little guidance or reassurance around your baby’s sleep. The one-on-one consult would also be a good choice for general sleep education questions, such as sleep space planning, sleep scheduling, nap transitions and bedtime routine, or preparing for your second baby.
For more complex sleep issues, this type of consultation would not work for you.

In-Depth Package
$175
This is a great package for families who
– are struggling with sleep (above age 4 months), including but not limited to baby reflux, restless sleep, hourly wakings, split nights, early rising, night wakings, continuous tantrums, etc.
– or if you require guidance with bottle weaning or any parent led change.
Note that this package works for weaning off breastfeeding only if you need guidance on how to start without full support throughout the weaning journey.

Weaning off Breastfeeding with Love Package (up to 6 months of support)
$420
Before you go ahead with this package, please make sure you book a free discovery call if you are not sure you are ready for weaning your child off breastfeeding.
Weaning is NOT the solution for your sleep struggles. Weaning should be done only if you and your baby are ready
This package is for families who need close follow up and support throughout the process to parent-led changes, such as weaning or overcoming toddler sleep challenges. This package would also be the right fit for highly sensitive little ones.
Note that:
Before starting the weaning process, we provide with sleep and parenting education as needed, work on assessing and optiziming child’s sleep, and then start the weaning process, along with supporting the family with any parenting or sleep struggles.

Newborn Package
$125
This is a great package for families who are struggling with their newborn sleep (below age 4 months), including but not limited to baby colic, reflux and digestive issues, restless sleep, hourly wakings, split nights, etc.
I will support you in:
– finding out the root cause of your baby’s struggles and discomfort if any
– creating an action plan
– following up with you throughout implementing the action plan
